Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations must be guaranteed via payment (cash, UPI, card, DD, or voucher).
2. No-show or late cancellation may attract full retention charges.
3. If we cannot accommodate a guaranteed reservation, alternative accommodation will be arranged.
4. Food charges are applicable only if availed by the guest.
5. All special requests are subject to availability.
6. Valid photo ID is required for check-in.
7. Indian guests must provide valid ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, DL; PAN not accepted).
8. Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa/PIO/OCI documents.

Cancellation Policy

• 0–10 days before stay → No refund
• 11–15 days before stay → 50% refund
• 16–30 days before stay → 75% refund
• More than 30 days → 90% refund
• No refund during peak season
